The platform handled seven campaign types simultaneously. Each had its own eligibility rules, spending thresholds, rewards and validity periods. Management was carried out through separate configuration spreadsheets.

Each campaign could be active in some regions and disabled in others. Launching a programme in a new region required copying the configuration, adjusting parameters and enabling it manually. It took weeks.

Coordination between campaigns was the biggest challenge. The same transaction could qualify for several programmes — double accruals, omissions or rule conflicts were a daily occurrence.

A central rules engine manages all campaign types from a single panel. Each campaign is a set of versioned rules: eligibility conditions, reward, limits. Any change creates a new version with rollback capability.

Regional configuration allows campaigns to be enabled and disabled by zone from the panel — with no code changes. The system validates the configuration and warns about conflicting rules.

The orchestration module automatically coordinates accruals between campaigns, respecting priorities, limits and exclusivity rules. The dashboard shows real-time results by region and partner.
